Cybersmart - The Chromebook Keyboard

This week our Cybersmart work was leanring about some of the keys on our Chromebook and the shortcuts we can use to make us fast and efficient on our devices.

Introducing Room 4

We are a class of year 4 & 5 learners at 

St Mary's Catholic Primary School.

Our school is an Enviro School and we work hard 

at being kaitiaki of our planet.

Cybersmart Profiles

This week in our Cybersmart learning with Mrs Torrie 

we created a profile.

We had to replace the image on our slide and 

write 5 interesting facts about ourselves.

We had to be Cybersmart and write personal 

but not private information.

Being Cybersmart

We started working with Mrs Torrie on Being Cybersmart.

We will be working with her every week.

We used Voice Typing today to publish our writing about Frogs.

Some of us got our work published really quickly by using Voice Typing.

We work on Chromebooks in Room 4

We need to sit with our back to a wall to use Voice Typing

Kawa of Care

We use Chromebooks in our class everyday.

We have a Kawa of Care that we have all signed.

This means we promise to look after our Chromebooks 

and to use them to support our learning in Room 4.
